JHU SOM Early Career Cohort Leadership Program
The Office of Faculty is pleased to offer the Early Career Cohort Leadership Program (ECCLP) by the Office of Faculty – Women in Science and Medicine. The ECCLP is designed to support the professional advancement of women and all allies of gender equity who are less than 5 years at the rank of assistant professor in the School of Medicine. Previously called the Early Career Women’s Leadership Program, we have revised the program to welcome participants of all genders to increase inclusivity. Eleven sessions will be offered with virtual and in-person experiences between January and June 2025.

Best Practices in University Teaching (BPUT)
The Center for Teaching Excellence and Innovation is pleased to offer Best Practices in University Teaching (BPUT): a multi-day workshop for Johns Hopkins faculty. The workshop will present pedagogical best practices used at Johns Hopkins and peer institutions.
This is a great opportunity for new faculty who are interested in learning about evidence-based teaching practices, but is open to all Johns Hopkins faculty and lecturers from any discipline. External university colleagues are also welcome to attend.
