Vicki Keller Senior Program Manager for Faculty Diversity
Vicki L. Keller joined the Provost’s Office in 2023 as the Senior Program Manager for Faculty Diversity. In this role, she leads several cornerstone initiatives that support the recruitment, retention, and advancement of diverse faculty. Her portfolio includes the Provost’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Program and the Fannie Gaston-Johansson Faculty of Excellence Program. Prior to joining the Office of the Provost, Vicki was the Academic Program Administrator for the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in the Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Vicki brings over 20 years of experience in education, including leadership roles at the University of Texas at Austin, and a background in both high school and college teaching. She is known for her collaborative spirit, creative problem-solving, and deep commitment to inclusive education. Her work has been recognized with honors such as the UT President’s Outstanding Supervisor Award and Teacher of the Year.
